When we build or maintain a website, portal, or automation for a client, we may handle data belonging to that client and to their customers. In those engagements the client decides what is collected and why, and we act only on their instructions under our agreement with them. This policy does not govern that data. If you are a customer of one of our clients and have a question about your information, contact that business directly.

We do not collect payment card numbers on this site.

We do not collect Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, financial account numbers, health information, or biometric data through this site. Please do not send these to us by email or through a contact form.

We do not paste client credentials, client customer data, or confidential client material into third-party AI tools.

Where content on this site was drafted with AI assistance, it has been reviewed by a person before publication. AI output is not a substitute for professional judgment, and nothing on this site should be relied on as advice.

We use cookies that are necessary for the site to function, and we may use analytics cookies to understand how the site is used.

If you are a customer of one of our clients, direct your request to that business. We will assist them in responding.

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Some projects we build for clients serve youth organizations. In those engagements, the client is responsible for compliance with laws governing children’s information, and we act on their instructions.

We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the “last updated” date above. Material changes will be noted on this page.
